What is the best camera to purchase?

http://ping.fm/elo1P

The best way to answer this question is to ask yourself, what do you intend to use it for. Do you want Good Images with no Frills? Choose one of the many Point and Shoot Cameras at any discount store. These hand size, all in one Cameras, deliver amazing images, but they are limited.

Should you be considering doing something Professional, buy the best Camera Body you can afford. Without a Good Support ( Camera Body ), your Lens will never fully deliver Great Images. Should you decide to walk this trail, start with a Lens with Low Light ( 2.8 ) Gathering Capabilities that's Variable. Maybe in the range of 24 mm or 28 mm to 70 mm.

My camera is so confusing

http://ping.fm/2IEMs I hear this all the time, to tell the Truth, it happens to all of us. Keep in mind, your holding a mini computer. The best way to get an handle on this issue, is to stop and ask yourself, what are you trying to accomplish. Let's say your shooting Action, then flip through your manual and read the section on Action ( Speed ).

Maybe your Images are darker than you would prefer, flip through the manual again, and find the section on Aperture or I.S.O. each of these sections will cure your problem.

What I'm trying to convey, is it's good to read through your entire manual a couple times, but don't expect to know all the Cameras features. Once you settle on a certain type of image you want, then read that section, keep your manual handy and open to that section for a quick reference. more tips at http://ping.fm/fygk4/photo/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=12&Itemid=45
